Weapon Edits:
Sentry Tech and Saboteur Pipes
1. Fixed the lights to shine different and flash different for each PipeBomb. This will be more helpful for Sab, since it has several different PipeBombs.
Mini Pipe:
1. Uses the standard light, however, it will flash really fast
Regulard Pipe
1. Uses twice as bright light as it once had, and will flash at a normal rate
Extreme Pipes(Saboteur and Sentry Tech Extreme Pipes)
1. Uses 3 times the normal light, and will flash very slow
