Time Keeper:
1. Lowered speed up range effect from 5000 to 1500, so Zeds will have to be more in range of the Time Keeper to get the time increase.
2. Increased health from 250 to 500.
Psycho Witch:
1. Increased attack from 12 to 20, since she attacks quick and moves.
