1. Increased armor welding per lvl to 5% was 2%.
Server Perks
1. Added code to allow max health of 200. Self healing will not go over 100, will require a medic or another player to heal you. This will help for low lvl players. Testing it to see how it works, if its to OP on higher lvls, may reduce it. But, the extra health will be needed for the following(#2)
2. Attached Hard Pro Server to share same stats as Normal Pro. Only a handful of players played Hard Pro, so if anyone had higher stats on the Hard Pro, let me know and i will move them over to Normal Pro.
