Figured something out tonight, if a perks weapon is set to collect headshots, it will not gain damage from all damage increase... So, I went through each perk, and every weapon that may have head shot collect and removed it. There are now 3 perks that collect head shots, well, 4, if you include stock SharpShooter.

HeadShot collecting perks:
DGS
Pistol Pro
Sniper
SharpShooter

These four perks now have headshot damage increase, removed all damage increase from three of them(sharpshooter had headshot damage increase).


All other perks are all damage, and again, I removed head shot collect from all other perks weapons.

So, for example. Before, sentry tech dual machine pistols, was not getting the damage increase, because in the damage source, it was collecting headshots. Now, the gun will get the damage increase.
