1. Coded in the Share Cash mod into serverperks.
What does this do?
If a player leaves or crashes, their cash will be split up amoung the players on the server. Some cash will be taken from the players death as usual.
New Smiley Icon added to serverperks

1. Reduced quake range from 4000 to 2500
2. Reduced radiation range, from 2000 to 1500
3. Increased speed from 100 to 125
