1. Moved from Normal Perk Damage to lvl, to Double Damage Required
2. Throwing Blades max reduced from 24 to 12.
This should hopefully end the balancing of this perk.

Mega Clot
1. Speed increase of about 4th of its current speed
2. 5 more points added to hits attack
3. Base health lowered 1000 points
