Patch for Update SEPTEMBER 7, 2013

Server UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS that I list in the Steam Group Page. Since Steam does not allow those announcements to be searched, I have added them here, to allow people to search them, so they can easily find a certain Update or Announcement :p

Perks:

StormTrooper:
1. Fixed Mk23 laser pistol, no longer can be dropped

HeavyStormTrooper:
1. Fixed Alt fire on Stinger, was pulling from a stronger guns laser, about double the damge. Now pulls from stinger laser.

AR Specialist:
1. Fixed M4 203 nade, will now lvl perk.
