New Perk Added--->Pistol Pro--->Master of single pistols


Fixes and updates

1. Fixed Kisses(Dual Shotguns) ammo cost on all perks. Should be much cheaper now.

Sniper:
Removed G2 from weapons
Gave extra damage increase per lvl. .5 times current increase per lvl.


StreetBrawler:
Removed Crowbar
Added Throwing Knives. The knives have half the damage of ninja knives
Moved weapons to adjust to the weapon change.
