Here is the link to the website of the PhysX card. In simple this is going to allow sweet physics in games. :) http://physx.ageia.com

I plan on getting one in about a month. PC Gamer is going to do a write up on them next month. I will post letting everyone know what they thought of the new Physics cards. :) They are going to test and see if they help at all with current games, meaning speeding stuff up. The website I listed above shows several games coming out that is going to use the new card. Plus they have a demo on their website showing with and without the card. Looks pretty sweet. :)
